MCNR 2.0

Old information.

I already pointed out multiple of these things back in 2020 and 2021.
Multiple times I made posts on the forums and messaged Mike directly that this shit will happen. That lots of the servers functions will be irrelevant, economy will be fucked and lots of systems are just pointless. Gave options to fix them etc. Well look where we are now. At the time most people just called me out like I was spewing bullshit.  🙄

Some old posts/replies I could dig up where I already pointed this shiz out:
1. Housing system: https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,3616.msg15930.html#msg15930
2. Jailing is pointless: https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,3618.msg15938.html#msg15938
3. Economy's broken: https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,3675.msg16183.html#msg16183
4. Another Economy post: https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,1449.msg5221.html#msg5221
5. Weapon playstyles suck: https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,3313.msg14243.html#msg14243
6. Crew system stuff: https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,3541.msg15562.html#msg15562

Stuff has been "planned" to happen since 2020, boat has long since sailed past.

MCNR is a state of mind, here are ruled by undervalued children, that kill and just to grind money from a bank robbery, I was like that too . We should switch to MTA (less crash) and switch to CNR RPG server, it would be more interesting, not only deathmatch.

I personally feel adding crews (and allowing crews at all to be honest) is turning the server into a DM server and driving players away. I understand why people want to be in a crew and I would love if it would work out, but unless crew behaviour can be properly controlled it’s not going to happen. We may even go as far as banning the formation of crews altogether.

Even if crews behave and it works out, do we really want to encourage groups of 8+ people to rob the bank, leaving regular solo players or those in small crews unable to compete fairly?

obsidian will lose his virginity 1st before mike releases casino update

Driving and drifting cars is the main activity in the server, unless there are 5 cops that destroy your car in no time and 5 other people that are spectators of this 1v5. Better pay 50cents to those machines in arcades and race like a pro. More fun than mcnr

It'll happen when it's done, it'll be done when it's ready.

Until then, you can rob bank on repeat until your fingers bleed.
