Swat and CIA skins.

i think u cannot make own skins in samp thats why theres only a single swat skin

To make a female SWAT skin, devs can attach SWAT items (armour/helmet/mask/boots/knee pads) to default female police skin.
As for CIA, I don't have idea what the can do.  🙂

You can attach clothes yourself. We can't add skins.
