add calm mode

Playing as a medic/firefighter is pretty much "calm mode"

so much noises just because you can't defend yourself over your aim lol

Not needed. As already mentioned by the above replies, if you want to play in peace don't shoot, rob, kill or disturb anyone. Now if you think someone shoots/kills you randomly, make sure to always /report them.
