When to engage or takedown a Criminal.

Based on my observation a lot of you guys had confusion about whether to take down a criminal or not. Here's the thing there's a different situation where to bear your weapons against the suspect.

THIS IS ONLY GUIDE, THIS IS NOT IMPLEMENTED RULE

Allowed to take down a criminal
    • A Orange/Red suspect immediatly holster his/her weapon after shooting

    • A Orange/Red suspect commited a murder, shooting in public, and Assaulted a person/officer recently like the last 5 minutes ingame time.

    • A Orange/Red suspect armed is fleeing away using vehicles.

    • A Orange/Red suspect is diving onto the water surface or swimming away from the land.

    • A Orange/Red suspect is using a vehicle and car ramming a person or officer that lead to officer murdered.

    • A Orange/Red suspect A warning showed up that wanted is unarmed but there is indications according to his /crimes that he recently murdered or assault a person, Sometimes this may be a trap for officers.

Not allowed to take down a criminal
  1. A Orange/Red suspect is not armed and no intention to hurt someone.

  2. A Orange/Red suspect is fleeing away.

  3. A Orange/Red suspect recently escaped a police station but not armed.

  4. A Orange/Red suspect is surrendering /handsup

  5. A Orange/Red suspect A warning showed up that wanted is unarmed but there were no indications he brandish a weapon.

  6. A Orange/Red suspect has been tazed and cuffed

Optional
A Orange/Red suspect assaulted a officer using fist or non lethal weapons (Golf club, Bat, etc.)
  • A Orange/Red suspect used a vehicle to ram a person or officer.

  • A Orange/Red suspect brandish his/her weapon but it was not aiming yet shotted a officer.

  • A Orange/Red suspect is AFK

  • A Orange/Red suspect is on air vehicles

  • TIPS ON COMPLAINING A OFFICER

    1. Make sure that if you are complaining an officer for violations, he/she committed the evidence that you provide must be clear enough (Video is highly recommended as evidence)

    2. Every time you're complaining an officer make sure you SS your /crimes because it may help your evidence testify that this officer violated a /coprules.

    3. If you were the officer that got complained make sure you testify and defend yourselves against the case.

    4. Use Common sense at all times.

I couldn't agree more with this, for people who can't differentiate what's a threat and what's not, +rep

    Nice job rpjars21!

However, you may not kill/take down someone who does this:

A Orange/Red suspect armed is fleeing away using vehicles. It would be only allowed to kill an heavy armed red suspect in this context.

Otherwise you really did a great job with this guide.

    Cheers,

    Well done sir!

I found a couple confuses in following clauses:

I suppose you meant "air vehicles". In this case law enforcers are allowed to take the aircraft down regardless of suspect's armament availability.

I think the fact that the suspect is trying to ram people using vehicle is already enough for them to get shot.

    Repeats listed above:

    1. A Orange/Red suspect commited a murder, shooting in public, or murdered a person/officer[4] recently ( ~ 1 hour ago (Ingame time).

P.s. I would consider it for at least 1 ingame day (24 minutes).

I can't see the need in

clauses since you've already listed allowances.

    [1] - A single "vehicle" is enough 🙂
    [2], [4] - Officers are also humans
[3] - Could be replaced with following: "is reported to be"

Still, great job! Expecting Mike to check this.
Please stop +REP'ing me. I already know I'm most authoritative here
    Greetings,

I apologize for my mistakes as I'm really not that fluent when it comes to English. I'll try my best to clarify some things in order that everyone won't suffer confusion between things.

Thank you for your opinion I really appreciate it.

there is absolutely no reason to apologize! We are really happy about users contributing to the server.

That said, thank you really much 🙂
