more accurate car spawn points

Not only in the middle of the road, But the distances too! literally you'd have to break into a car just to get to my car.

I actually agree with this, it's kind of annoying. I'll reduce the distance.

Next version will have better checks for obstructions at the side of the road. If there are any obstructions it will spawn it in the middle of the path.
