Details : So I wanted to drive my camper. After spawned the vehicle Noticed that its number plate is reversed. Then I try to get a custom plate when even the server says This Vehicle plate may be in reverse or glitched. After changing the plate it appeared in reverse.
So basically before changing the plate, it was reversed, and after changing it to the custom plate also in reverse.

Camper License Plate is Reversed even its custom
GTA SA bug with the vehicle.
Does that mean it isn't gonna be fixed?

It's impossible because the server cannot change the model, you can only fix it yourself if you wish to do so by installing a mod which fixes the original vanilla vehicles (Camper included) here.
