when im plaiyng mechnic and offer service to players they choose to repair engine and amount deduct as per engine condition and i got the payment in advance. i think same rule also applicable for medic like when someone call medic or paramedic offers healing as per players health payment automatically dedut from player account and same will be added in paramedic officer i think this give the boost to player if any player dont give tip to medic officer atleat they get cost of healing NOTE: tip is excluded .
plz consider this when mechanic get advance payment for engine repairing service why not ,edic get advance payment for healing
