75% refund for their property purchase would be good
Too many houses occupied by afk players
Is this still bugged? I've seen several houses go unowned over the past few days, mostly in the Grove street area and in Vinewood hills mansion area. I bought CJ's house and when I did this Ryder's was also unowned at the time. Both of these houses were owned by inactive players before yesterday....
This feature is now working. Inactive owners will receive a 75% refund.

May I ask you what is the trigger period?
Please stop +REP'ing me. I already know I'm most authoritative here
28 days.

I think 28 days is too little, can't you upload it to 50 days? that and my friend havezes we are long periods without playing
Arriba España
Not my problem sorry. If you went to keep your property you have to stay active.
In the next update I will be making it so you have to actually visit your properties to keep them. If you aren’t regularly visiting a property you don’t need it and another player can own it who might make more use of it.
