add npc drivers
A BIG -1. People are driving like blind shit. And if NPCs are added, then it'll be a mess.
NPCS are gonna be added in public transport like trams, planes, buses.
It´s an upcoming feature but regards of npc drivers you would have to specify.
I would think that adding random police chases, cabs delivering npcs around town (or even people), trucks with trailers driving around town and some more actors would make the town more alive i guess.
