Well, if you can bribe on the streets, in jail, why not have the ability to bribe for your weapons as well
Additional info: Minimum bribe is 5k, if a cop declines your offer you may lose all of your weapons (this would be interesting).
Keep in mind that the servers economy is going to have a turn around, so this could be useful

No police officer would get bribed for 500$ just to give you a gun and your 500 ammunition, even in singleplayer, you do bribe the cops but you don´t get any weapons back, you caused alot of damage killed multiple cops using that gun, you dont get released for good behaviour and be given your gun back.
There is a reason you need to BREAK-INTO the Evidence Locker and get "some of your ammo". How would it look like if you got it all back everytime you got jailed just by bribing a police officer?

To be honest I forgot to type that the minimum value should be atleast 5k, I understand your thinking, 500 bribes would be too low
