Sniper aiming is unrealistic.

You should be 100% accurate with the sniper at Gangster level and faster reloading at Professional.
(EDIT: What I mean is that it's unrealistic at how unsteady the player is when aiming with a sniper)

It's shaky to prevent players from aimbotting. I don't think its possible to make players reload a gun faster than normal.
