Tires Are UNREPAIRABLE

Hank_Montgomery  How do you repair them? Tire Fix Kit, Paint n Spray, Gas Station, Mechanic Services?

Also do you have any video of it as it would be better.

I figured out why. When I crouch to repair them and if I scroll weapons with MMB while repairing a tire, the character stands up and the bar is still filling. Once it's filled, the tire remains broken.
