You probably didn't read the quote correctly...

Items will be able to be placed into vehicles and property safes, and transferred/sold between players

The safes feature will be in the next updates, so what you suggesting is already planned.

I don't think this one is needed
As you get money and ammo after getting the safe to the hideout, why this should've been added then
