i had around 9000000$ i know its not much but its not a little to lose ,i would like my money back or smth

Would like to see any statement that proves you had 9millions before.

Well maybe my playtime and my level is a good proof
Its not like i was recording all the time waiting for this moment to happen so i would have proof i mean i dont and i lost all my money again while i issued i ticked idk what the hell is going on

I've checked your account, you'll be refunded for 900k, not 9millions.

i didnt saw that i added 1 extra 0

Your money has been refunded and the bug is super rare to replicate. Will leave this topic open for other players that will experience this bug in the future to reply to.

But it happen after again , before you gave me money i had around 10 k and i lost it during giving a ticket

Will investigate.

Very interesting
