Limit "Sea Sparrow" helicopter usage

Not really a group of criminals can easily gun down a helicopter.
You just need to outsmart the pilot  😉

I agree the Seasparrow is kinda OP but not if you know how to deal with it.
+ When its Mike's Robbers & Robbers, how is the cop supposed to deal with 2 people throwing molotovs for cooking  in back and other 3 revolving around the cop and preparing their food, No vehicles or rustler or combine harvester can deal with it.
15 min time limit for the seasparrow is fine and then a cooldown period (which can be reset with /cooldown).
Again its not that difficult to deal with a lone pilot if you know how to juke the seasparrow.

-1, not needed as very few people use it and its ok for me, i mean what's the problem when only 1 or 2 people in the server are using it, though you can dodge it with a faster vehicle, it's really slow in speed, no big deal

Now guys ya all started this suggestion because I found a way and the only way to win against a large group, also I don't use the seasparrow unless I am outnumbered/dying constantly by a group of criminals, I can tell you that the heliblading system is just fine.

The seasparrow is a compact vehicle so maneuvering with it is much easier than any other kind of helis + I just mastered it.

For the cooldown suggestion it's a very bad idea and here are the reasons:,

1- chasing a car with the seasparrow takes very long time since the helicopter is so slow compared to the usual cars players use (Sultan, Infernus, bullet)
2- in Los Santos getting the seasparrow takes very long time since you have to travel either San fierro or area 69, then you take the heli and travel back to LS, takes very long time.
3- This helicopter is very vulnerable and heliblading actually damages the vehicle badly, and if you don't time your movements, your bird will get shot down in no time

So these are reasons of how actually taking a seasparrow and killing somone us not easy as whoever gets killed thinks. It is hard, requires patience and skills, also its machine gun is pretty usless, like when you try to shoot someone with it on foot, he either gets not damage at all or just mini injuries if I spam shooting him (if he is shooting back the heli would be already grounded)

So it's not OP as anyone would assume.

I dont see the reason tbh to limit sea sparrows, it already has low player damage and only thing you can do with that is to heliblade and destroy cars, nothing else, its pretty much useless aswell, if you have higher fps than 100. It gives advantages to the people who have low fps, and they have chance to win the fights aswell.
Fact is, you get on helis way, youre gonna die, thats how it is. Avoid it or be killed, its simple as that.
