How invest my money

I love your idea, but it's too RP for this server. It would create a disadvantage towards newer players since all businesses would be bought by older players. Of course there would be limitations on how many you can buy them, but they would be too expensive for them.

Servers economy is already fucked up and I don't think that rhis system would effect in a positive way.

Idea is great, but as Symon said, not our gamemode tho.

True, initially only older players could afford to buy businesses, but in my opinion it would be a good opportunity to encourage new players to work hard to get to that level of wealth. My idea was born of a desire to use the accumulated money in different ways, not only to buy but also to invest (investments that can also be negative).

Suppose I buy a dealership for a month: for the purchase I pay (for example) 400k. It is not said that in those two months I will be able to recover the 400k I spent. The profit would come from a percentage of every car sold (the real problem is that I don't know if it's a possible thing to script  😆 😆 😆) or the dealership (or the gas station / pns / mood shop etc. etc.) could generate automatic interest every day (as long as you enter the game).

So, if I pay 400k for the purchase of the dealership, every day (only if I enter the game) I get 7k (400k / 60 days = 6.6k => + $ 400 of profit). Every day I don't enter the game I lose the 7k daily ... so I have an interest in playing every day  😆

Business system will not cause gamemode change,let's be real about this suggestion guys most of players do have lot of money but they do not know what to do with money they have this system is needed.
If it's not needed(According to comments you posted below) suggest something to evaluate money.

I love the general idea of it. A lot of considerations need to be done though. +1

Sounds like a good idea, however it would be better if the companies would go bankrupt (small chance of that happening) so that people would be responsible when investing money in companies. +1 from me.

I like the idea of businesses, I really do.
But there are multiple issues right now that intertwine some way with this.
1. Economy is completely ducked right now, I have no clue how far Mike is with fixing this, but he has said it's an issue, so I'm still voting for a wipe.
2. Cash currently can't be spent on anything super useful. You get your 1-2 fast cars and you don't really need anything else. You can grab a few weps and be good for a long time.
3. This system would just reinforce rich people to become more rich.
