Discord mention IG notification tweak

What about not adding a second notification after this, including the text of the message where player has been mentioned?

Something like:

You were mentioned in #general on Discord by 'Some Random Guy'
Message: Hello Symon this is a message where I mention you.

And if the message is too large, cut it.

Could be made into a setting so you can enable or disable the feature.

Staff in particular has their chat already over saturated with information. and it flies up the screen a million miles an hour

+1. Maybe a command like /discordping or /dcping should be added, or something similar to that.

Regarding staff chat, it's a Discord thing. You have to disable people mentioning staff roles directly from Discord's server settings. So people cannot ping staff and staff wouldn't get the chat flooded.

Good idea, done for next update
