Jailing the player, getting a portion of the amount robbed taken away from said player, is up to Mike. Nonetheless I think a money refund to the victim of the robbery and a 30 second / 1 minute jail time for the perpetrator is enough in my opinion.

Good idea. +1, its basically a quit-to-avoid which shouldn't be allowed anyways but this will be way more effective than a rule stating it would be.

I will add this to the rules, and yeah maybe the money should come back to you if they quit within 1 minute or so.
