1- no I mean only managers can choose who can be mod

Here is a few things staff have sent me while I was on vacation

1)  i think we should be able to spawn cars or teleport if its not effecting other players

2) Jobs, missions and activities need to pay out more money.

3) a /music cmd which works with URL z

4) One, staff behavior. As you may have noticed, the staff behavior goes completely out of hand, seeing this just makes me unhappy because, this is just gonna make one hate the other right? Sure we do come across a lot of arguments, but hatred shouldn’t be in the way... I don’t really have to say much, but I just want that to be changed, a very good example about this is nonea and mazen these days, it’s happening in game, discord admin chat, wherever. I feel like the management team should monitor the staff behavior really closely and if they feel like they’ve seen/realized something wrong, please have a talk with them.
Secondly, the freedom of spawning cars. Before I joined mcnr I was a management in a free roam server, and whenever I wanted to just vibe, I open up Spotify, drive/fly around and talk to people. I do the same in mcnr, but without the spawning obviously. Spawning vehicles for yourself and not to harm others/give an advantage for yourself towards others, should obviously be disallowed. Basically, I would like to spawn a rustler for example, fly around and listen to music, talk to people and respond to reports, and whenever I’m done, I’ll delete the spawned vehicle and play the cnr game mode.

5) What i really want is to improve us in /reports section, players are unhappy about it, for me the player need to be notified in-game about his recent report, for example:
Player A reported Player B
When i do /reports and i respond to that, the player need to be notified in-game with " we are monitoring player (B)" or "the player (B) has been punished"    i suggest to do so because so many fellas are unhappy about reports and, if we do that, we can avoid to notify that player (A) through /apm cause that player will ask in admin pm "what have you done to him" "DO SOMETHING TO HIM", also when i respond to one report (Admin A), that report can't be handle by Admin B cause it will create a kind of "spam" in chat of that player.
This will be really helpful cause for now that player will /pm you and he will say "did you see my last report?"or "can you check my last report? I will report on forum too" i hope this will be changed
The server is going good, we work together as a team nothing to say about it except for some staff members but we can do better.
"Do you want some more freedom as staff" yeah but personally as staff we need to play the game like "normal players" so we can be a good examples for other fellas, but, if we want to have some more freedom/fun with admin commands why not?  We are not machines but Obviously everything has a limit and it must be respected.
having said that, I hope we can appreciate more the role we have, and we can improve more and more

6)  well, the only thing that i wanted to suggest was alt accounts for all the staff not for managers only as it helps us in catching a plenty of rule breakers/cheaters and considering the new updates it will be even more worse as staff will not be allowed to change their nicks untill an owner allows them to which makes it pretty annoying, would be a really nice thing if there was to be a solution regarding this anyway have fun during the vacation's (i know im pretty late)

7) My concern is that we do not have a single place where we can reference the current rules of the server without having to dig around the forum, Discord updates, and Github to find the answer. When clarification to the rules is given, it mostly given in Discord which tends to be lost after a few days. Not sure if those Discord updates are still relevant given that they are not reference in one of the rules or DM threads.
Just to add to this, if our activity is based on our character moving in-game, then we shouldn't be penalized for having low activity hours in /activity unless it's fixed. Most of my time in-game is spent on doing my admin job which results in my character being stationary most of the time.

😎 thank you for the great act of stepping forward and hearing our voice. I really appreciate that.. So, the change I want, is to nerf the present strictness of usage of admin commands, like spawning cars out of city for freeroam or having fun with friends when we have nothing to do. I always get sad when I see that most of the staff members lack professionalism and they need to be either demoted to a lower rank or not staying a staff member at all, I didn't get promoted to admin just because I left for one whole month? they resetted my staff join month too, like I am new. Only these two or three major changes will totally change and improve the current staff image, some members are ruining it and action should be taken against them (in my point of view). Thank you for hearing my voice.

9) moderators/admins are doing the reports barely sometimes they dom't do the report and just playing with friends etc. like they don't care about the reports
