Cops get random 911 calls

Make that cops will receive a random 911 call every 5 minutes, and the first cop who responds has to go to a specific location, talk to an NPC, and possibly arrest some other NPC.
Some calls might be prank calls, other could be non-emergencies etc.

For event job,yes it's nice. +1

Job events have this. There’s 911 response and CSI. This would just be a mix of the two tbh.
