Make the taser yellow

In a popular freeroam server I've seen that you can change the tint of guns.
That server is not using SA-MP DL, so they are using a standard SA-MP feature to do that. I believe that they are attaching an object with the same model as the gun model to the player's hand bone (just like clothes), and setting a different material color (https://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/SetPlayerAttachedObject).

My suggestion is to make the taser yellow, just because it would look cool 😀

I don't really have the time unfortunately. If I ever add gun tints (unlikely) I'll add this then.
