The dizziness is should be a thing, to balance out a bit some drugs, like marihuana, just a bit. But alucinogenic drugs like LSD should make you dizzy. Common dude, its drugs, you can experience fun colors and boost some of our stats, there's gotta be a downside. And I'm only asking for marihuana and LSD (but I'll change this a bit for some)

If drugs get added in a system like theis, I bet you surely are gonna be at least smoking some weed.

This is far too detailed for a CnR server.

When drugs are added they will be relatively simple.

You also grossly overestimate how much control over the game I have. I can sway the screen, apply animations, change the weather, and that's about it.
