But that's FBI Rancher, from what i know, there isn't rancher with 4 doors, i looked on the internet too, and it seems it doesn't exist without a mod.

Okay, looks like it's caused because there is two same models but different id's.
One is 489, which works when exported, and one is 505 which doesn't work.

There's 'Rancher' and 'Rancher Lure'. Rancher Lure is used in the singleplayer mission 'Lure' and is a special version as the doors cannot fall off it (would break the idea of the mission). Rancher lure shouldn't really be used on MCNR I don't know why it is. I'll look into it.

Yeah, Rancher Lure is the one that's not working. Once you enter it, it displays normal name Rancher, so it can be easily mistaken by normal one, and until you check model id's you really can't spot any difference between regular one and lure one.
Well it's a random spawn, you can find it anywhere in the city, there isn't a 'special' place where it spawns.

The 'Lure' Rancher will no longer spawn anywhere - only the regular Rancher. Thanks for reporting.
