Make downed players able to keep shooting with a one handed colt

no i mean will the game disallow you from using deagle while your downed then force you to use another weapon? for example you can dual wield with uzi/tec and colt so when you are downed make it that you use one uzi/tec and vice versa for colt

i had this idea in dreams 4 years ago, but then i realised that devs cannot create manual stuff like MTA on SAMP
