Can you delete all my old accounts that were created and used on my PC with this IP address, except for the one I created today?

Only the Assistant Operations Manager and the Operations Manager can delete your in-game accounts.

You have to discuss with them through forums or in discord with them.

At forums here, if you wanted to, send them a message by the Messages button, which you do see in your forums, and then press on send a message.
and type whatever you have; just continue the process after that.

Or If you want to dm them in discord then, Just add a friend request to shadowwalker981 or karbz. and Type whatever you have to say to him.

For deleting forum accounts, You've to PM by clicking on the name here: Mike and send him a message stating you'd like your account to be deleted, and just add why you want your account to be deleted.
