House owner should be active to keep his property

I don't care about paying rent in real life, but I'll fight to death over my SAMP mansions. I log once in a month, flex my properties like I'm Elon Musk and log off. If I don't log once a month to do it, what's the point of my life? Therefore I give a -1 since I don't approve the idea.

This will result in me being able to buy Moody's mansion as soon as it gets sold. Should be added secretly so they don't know

Everytime i login i do /houses and go to each one of them to water the plants and clean the houses. I get so much satisfaction only from seeing my houses, that my manly hands build such properties or that my hands worked so hard to get my manly hands on them. Irl i don't clean my apartment since it's not as important as my samp ones where i can have multiple ones because it's a more fair ground. Irl there are too many interests. If you can't play 100+ hours per month  i think you should lose your property.

I've thought for a long time that players should be required to actually visit their properties at location to keep them. I'm running a 7-day poll on Discord in the #announcements channel for this.

Maybe consider adding in /houses a timestamp that shows the last time you visited each property 🙂
