It is not staff responsibility to put a limit on how often you are playing the server.
If you are unable to control your own addictions I suggest you seek professional advise.
Previously I have issued requested bans (self bans) when a player requests a break to assist with studying etc.
If you are unable to control your playtime on the server, feel to reach out to myself via DM and I will liase with yourself to organise a break period.
Only I am able to authorise these 'ban requests' - as I don't want a staff member issuing a ban then having you cry over being banned.
