The warning was given to the staff member prior to staff complaints becoming public again so the warning was given in discord.

And about the non staff being able to see if they are forum warned or not im pretty sure it is only visible when the person crosses a certain amount of warning points.

They do get a warning they don't just get away with it.

I can’t believe these players don’t treat staff with automatic respect  -1

-1, staff are always correct and i personally think not agreeing with staff should be harshly punishable
