I got a warning the other day for upvoting a suggestion and saying "many players quit the forums". This was based on facts and data but staff labelled it as useless, lol. If you just observe carefully, it's always the same people here. The amount of new topics have decreased as well compared to the past. I believe my comment added value to the suggestion that day. Not my problem if your IQ is way too low to understand that much.
Meanwhile, we have certain staff members posting actual crap and boosting their post count like it's their bank balance. They get away with it for whatever reason.

Very good video, some of the former players I have been in contact with, said they are open to the idea of returning if equal treatment is added.

I fully concur with the statement made. The prospect of former players returning is both reasonable and commendable, provided that equitable treatment is guaranteed and systematically upheld. Such fairness should be a non-negotiable standard moving forward.

If a normal player posts a reply which is useless hes gonna get warned but why doesnt it happen with testers and helpers why do they not get warned why do managers(Dani.) look the other way
Im saying that even they should be warned like normal players
they have never gotten me ive replied to tons of people's appeals
(hint: have something useful/informative to say)

Careful with the comment. We have a (hidden) staff member lurking to issue warnings.

Disagree. Staff in MCNR should be treated with utmost care and respect. They're the pillars of this community, you should bow down to them and roll them the red carpet should one staff member arrive to your vicinity.
As a regular player myself, I find nothing in value on me, and the same goes to any other non staff member out there.
I personally left because I felt this was lacking, should this be implemented, I will have second thoughts about leaving and consider returning.

Highly agree with cashewz staff must be treated like kings and you must to kiss their feet on command.
There should be rules that define what's ok and what's not and yes, it should work for both staff and non staff. I am not sure if the st0ney thing is a good example since i saw 100 complaints where people posted 100 messages and none of them got punished.

Also you may see the tester or helper commenting on the post and the management team ignoring it and not give a warn That is what you see on the forums
You can't see anything on Discord i am just saying i have seen a tester/helper receiving a warning on Discord so you cannot be 100% sure that the player didn't get a warning.

Moderators of certain boards can see the forum warning logs even if they are not staff
Why can't we get warned on discord instead 😆

I mean even as a regular player you need to do some nasty stuff to actually get banned/watched on forums. Staff members with low ranks are always watched anyway. But i understand your frustration. I think it should be a fair ground but you should also take into consideration how many times non staff actually get away with forum posts and trolling, because it happens alot. The example you gave with x4x howl and sharkz seems like a lack of comunication more then a rulebreak.

The warning was given to the staff member prior to staff complaints becoming public again so the warning was given in discord.
And about the non staff being able to see if they are forum warned or not im pretty sure it is only visible when the person crosses a certain amount of warning points.
