Staff members shouldn't be allowed to disrespect anyone too, but if u gonna keep it like this then use same rules for both staff members and normal players.

GhostFace is not doing good as a staff member. He is being unprofessional. But until I see the context, I can't tell much. But, as a staff member, you must stay professional and only punish people when you find a rule break; till then, just stay quiet.
