Revert Staff Complaints

I have to agree with the guys here...
I made a report on email about one of the moderators and they didn't even read it correctly. When i sent back email that they didn't know what i meant and answered about something i didn't even said they didn't reply anymore. It was a week ago

Make staff complaints public otherwise whats the point of having "Staff complaints" in forums if you cant even use it, makes no sense to me.

In response to feedback, and in the interests of transparency and accountability, staff complaints are now able to be submitted in a public setting again, via the forum.

The option to submit complaints via email (for privacy) are still available and detailed there also.
