This issue is unfixable I guess, however, Mike designed a command to fix the targets (If one of the parts is missing or unresponsive), You can type /refreshtarget in there to re-spawn the missing targets in order to fix the issue.

Can't fix a bug if you don't provide evidence. Closed.

perhaps this should be in /help or /cmds.. I had no idea this existed, the same bug happened to me too. Nice tip.

It's a testing/debugging command - not really for use by the general population.
