COPS getting a message on screen whenever they shoot a non threat criminal

Almost 80% of cops kill non threats and then say they had no idea because the dont have player labels or sht to get a lighter sentence so what I suggest is that whenever a non threat victim is shot at the cop will have a huge text on screen saying, "SUSPECT IS NON-THREAT CEASE FIRE."

One thing I can think of a disadvantage is that if the player is trying to aim on that cop the cop will still get the warning

+1. but i think not even this will work. theres 20k+ score players that kill non threats as cops even. in 1 session i reported and had 3 cops pso'd for the same thing. players cant read/understand the text so i dont know what else will work besides a big text wall, maybe a 1 second freeze or something like that similar to when cop rules are displayed

The 1 sec freeze can be a bit broken because if any innocent jumps between fights for no rsn and the cop just gets frozen its injustice for the cop
