the process is already extremely easy, and well documented with instructions on how to do it. your suggestion is pointless, only servibg to remove more transparency

for the people who are -1ing it, this suggestion is because some people messes up the tags. Like the hr tags going all the way down or td and tr tags not matching, up to mike to decide.

great idea, make a completely new page and system for filling out ban appeals because a few people mess up forum formatting

It doesn't submit anything, I just gives you a formatted post to submit on these forums. It ensures the correct info is provided.

If people don't provide the correct info, their appeal gets denied, sux4them.
