HOUSE ROTATION (Avery claims the crib if not visited monthly or w/ low playtime)

Blacky, eh. But I'm taking about players that SOLELY get on to refresh the inactive. Like nieth 😠.  + There are ways to buy the houses you just need to know
"all poo poo time is also pee pee time; but not all pee pee time is poo poo time. now voetsek"
I second what ranja said.

I'm also stressing what other have contributed to this post with +1, no previous warnings and enough weekly/monthly playtime to have the house (asset) and maybe, just maybe, the housing market could be beneficial and affordable to those that connect daily as I write this message instead of hoarding their millions with nothing to spend on. Or we could witness a house rotation that everyone can have the ability to enjoy and look forward to do when connecting to the server.

Also, get rid of that "roof" on the housing pricing with $10,000,000 it's ridiculous visiting the Avery Properties website and seeing a trailer with that price or even that house that Shockwave has on Grove Street that probably, nowadays, would sell for $3,500,000 for example.

I would also like to add that players should not sell houses with ridiculous MTV Cribs pricings of $700,000,000 or anything greater than what the house is actually valued at, it should exist a control of this kind of nonsense.

Houses could be visited every 16 days in order to keep them (since a 'vacation' will take about 2 weeks), it would be simple & fair this way.
I don't play much anymore so would hate this as I'd lose my properties, but imho that's just me being selfish. Here's an idea for implementation:

1. "You have left the property vacant for and squatters have taken over. Visit and remove them from the property within or they may claim adverse possession resulting in losing the property."

This would be a mini-mission. For more expensive properties, squatters are likely to be criminals that have weapons and fight back.

2. "You have left the property vacant for and lost ownership as squatters have claimed adverse possession."
See Clink making a fool of himself here lmao
