Remove personal vehicle system

That would be good but still many things should be changed if that happens , car health , stealing time etc.
This would be better for the economy so everyone can go below 10mil at least once and ye new players will have a chance to run or catch someone driving random cars.

If this gets implemented (which I doubt it'll happen), then the prices of all vehicles and motorbikes should be decreased to some extent and the bullet significantly decreased. I think it will be good if we only have garages inside the active city, for example; you have 5 vehicles and the active city is in LS and when the city changes to SF, then all of your 5 cars will be transferred inside your garages in SF.

Big + ./v is more like rpg element, and truth is that everyone is driving bullet, infernus etc. and when new players join they barely can find a car to drive.
Make cars purchased for a single use only, and spread random cars everywhere across the map so there is some kind of variety.
