The horse betting machine wont give you the prize after a win

For the last time, I want to remind you that the main issue you're reporting is that you can't view the horse race once you leave the machine after using your final betting allowance. I’ve already reported this, and you can find more information below.

As for the second issue, where your horse wins but you don’t receive any payout, this has already been reported, but I recently updated its priority. Both bugs will be fixed soon! Thanks for your patience.

Yes guys as i said earlier
First bug im reporting here is the fact that you cannot spectate ur own game when you are already off limit for betting
So if you exit a game you cannot return back to it ?
And the second bug i reported was my horse winning but me not getting the prize
And i wanted to ask whether there is a refund proccess for this.
Can i get my winnings ?
