I had to delete the gta sa and download the virus because of this mod

i have gtx 1050ti 2gigs cori 5 4th generation 8 gigs of ram and spike goes to 120 and in every place 90~100 fps max graphics settings dsync on 3 max distance graphics on high 1600x900x16

Is there anyhow to turn on the draw distance mod / toggle it?, I've installed it but seems like it doesn't make any difference.
