this issue has been around the server since old times, when u get arrested or getting a ticket after u rob someone, that someone will get his money back.
I dont think its a bug.
There are only 3 ways to lose the Stolen cash.
• You pay the ticket.
• You get cuffed. (While being cuffed, you drop the cash on ground and the Cop automatically get It.)
• You get killed. (You drop the cash on ground, and whoever can pick It up)
The best thing in my opinion Is to add a timer like 5 mnt, once you succesfully /Rob a player when this timer ends you keep the cash forever.
