its not packetloss or net problem, it happens sometimes, even when u rob banks or do trucking jobs, u have to reset /ho so it get fixed, or leave the truck and re-enter to activate the checkpoint.
So its a server bug

The "bug" seems to be fixed for the next update since we was not able to replicate it after multiple tests.
