It's a very clear abuse of powers so if they back Dani it shows how MCNR is ending up, which is a real shame.

That error already happened to me before, I would see a lot of flashy surfaces/objects stretched out so much it would hurt my eyes. The game visually was broken, and what would I do? Well, majority of the time I would /q and then reconnect to the game, the few amounts it happened to me it seems to have fixed it, although when not I would completely wipe out my SA-MP folder and create a new one (my steamapps > copy the 4GB of my legit gta_sa.exe I have, then put gta-sa.exe (14MB) so it could run Vanilla 1.0) and it was fixed. I have encountered other errors throughout my SAMP years since '12, but these are not for this case.

What I wanna enforce in my post is what I already said above—I would simply /q and then reconnect to the game to see if it would work, if not I ran the command /helpme to see if some Staff personnel could answer my questions. In this particular situation I wouldn't think WAP wasn't really making /q jokes, as one example I can give of a terrible /q joke is "win up to $5,000,000 if u do /q!" or some sort.

I'm not defending nor favoriting any party here I just see the facts that before we do our actions we must firstly try to talk to the person (or people) before distributing subjective consequences. One thing I learned with Lancerb1 was that with calmness, firmness, and objectiveness we can achieve so much for us and for the people around.

The community agrees that some staff members are not fit for purpose, so reconsider the team and evaluate who deserves to stay in and out, do a voting system whatever.

You muted me, said it was incorrect/don't listen to me when it was correct advice. Presumably it was a mistake or lack of English comprehension, so after pointing out my advice is exactly the same as yours, I asked you to admit your mistake and apologise, but your ego is too large to admit to a mistake and apologise brotha.

It's worrying behaviour considering I thought you changed your ways from when you first got hired (considering you got voted worst staff etc..)

In simple terms:

good old dani.

You know better than anyone that making a topic like that won't help, just as Dani said, report it to the MCNR managements. If you have a strong reason they wont let it slide

even if he gets dismissed(which probably won't happen as long as karbz is here), I bet he'll return after few days, with the reason being everyone should deserve a chance

Topics such as this help other players identify staff that are abusers, troublemakers or have ego issues.
