What about a special unit dedicated in tacking most wanted suspects, like give them a fully armoured sultan, 30 bullet proof tyres, nitro and of course infernus/Bullet.

I don't know maybe you can specify it in a suggestion and let's see what Mike thinks

well at the moment, maybe 99% of the level 10 cops play as SWAT
I think we need to give every faction some advantages and some disadvantages so that people would choose between what they want most.

swat already has advantages

I made a suggestion before and Mike said it was too RP. I think an overall change to the PD's factions can balance it better. For instance why should SWAT have the abilites of a cop and even more? They must lose some while getting others. I can make it a seperate suggestion IF YOU DON'T REJECT IT Mike.

I already spawn a 1800 rancher as FBI and ram other people's cars like a piece of cheese!
And I was actually gonna suggest that we reduce it to 1500
And I think patriot's HP should be reduced as well

Maybe mike can reduce spawnable patriot HP to 1700

Nah, but if you want to get the army skin then make them able to use rustlers/Sea/patriot only

very good idea but it's better to place a cooldown for calling sparrow like it take  5min to 10min  to recall it again for Fair Game you know cuz if all cops lvl 12 and all flying with sparrow you know what does that mean ? xD

What disadvantages or advantages would you make in other classes?
