allow users to stream games on the discord server other than mcnr

when an mcnr gooner sets his sights upon another game being streamed live on mcnr vc the realization that he can actually play other games hits him like an isekai truck from anime world and he gets a stroke then leaves mcnr forever

I chuckled, but it's not about this. You can't stream other servers/games for the same reason you can't take your own food into a restaurant - the restaurant is there to provide the food. MCNR is there to provide the game.
