Mike mate it's about time you investigate your hired community manager and ask him about this and ask him why the server feels like shit, nobody plays these days cause of corruption so pattern up if you care about you community affairs.

This time, I am like 95% sure that it's him. Community is small and it's not that hard to guess.
I was one of the first people who kinda guessed that overdoz is haze/suixide/dio from the very very beginning, especially when he started to hang out in-game with Pezer (both members/friends). Mike you should reconsider from now on any staff member that's being hired if you do care about your community. People like him might get manager one day and will have huge impact on the community (not gonna talk about the fact that people such as him can see our IPs, chatlogs, etc...).

This is indeed very true as well. I see people from staff like Moody who is very active and who is really trying to do his best for the community and as a regular player I appreciate that, but the standards for the hiring part is very low these days.
I managed to get someone punished twice (not gonna mention his name) and then he got into the staff team WITH infractions as a moderator, not all the rules apply in certain scenarios I am afraid so don't be really surprised.

Aside from the fact of the said player's identity, what will remain mysterious forever is why is a 1 week old account being hired as a tester, if you really want someone to have access to your internal chats, then shouldn't you start with helper or even better wait for him to spend more time here to prove himself?
