Server has hard time running at 100 players or more.

U have a bad ping or packet lost, I've experienced like this.

this occurs if you have an unstable internet connection, which is either in your end or its because the server is lagging(what you are claiming).You can check the detailed statistics by holding down f5 and locating packet loss, alternatively ping will eventually show up on the scoreboard - just be patient.
