We should be able to share house keys with friends, giving them access to the house locker and allowing them to spawn at the house. However, if people have access to the house locker, there should be logs to track its usage. This way, if any of your friends take something from it, you can know and deal with him

Being able to use someone else's property sort of lessens the importance of having your own so I'm not on board with this suggestion.
