Pd elevator and garage not being able to eneter as public services

The recently added elevators in PD interior are not working propperly. Only interior which can be entered  is the one at jail (SFPD) which leads to garage can be entered by civs,cops,medics etc. Meanwhile interior elevators in (LSPD) & (LVPD) and garages cant be entered except if you are a cop or for garages having a cop vehicle. Public service vehicles such as ambulance and firetruck cant enter garage while medics and firefighters cant acces roof or lower parking. I believe this is intentional for public services not to be accessing the cops' entrances.

Also civils cant enter  the elevators, but its about medics. What if somebody knocked is waiting for medic at the roof or in the garage?

Actually that kinda makes sense. Post in suggestions.
