problem with purchase a vehicle

Hi hello, my name is yossi1312 and I can't buy a car on this server it doesn't give me the option to buy it only allows me to hum on closed
Thanks for helpers/admins

I was there assisting him , as soon as he hit red marker when in test drive ,the car despawned instantly and did not show any message. Never had this bug before but it happened on him.

Any chance of replicating and making a video about it?

You need to buy a garage. It should tell you that.
