Seeing as your camera is fucked up before you even connect, I'm going to say this is an issue with your game.

The same happens to me sometimes, but my camera isn't messed up before joining like his camera, another guy asked for a solution for this through /helpme, are we all that way?

The way to avoid this stop entering your password fast and wait for it to load

I just got it this morning, just reconnect and all is fine.

It's affecting player ID 46. Anyone that connects with player ID 46 will see this issue.

I'm currently holding ID 46 as Chris so that nobody else can connect with it. I've found and fixed the issue for the next version and will update on city change to fix it. It's from the lap dance room camera.

Please use proper topic titles in the future. Summarise the issue so I don't have to dig into topics to get a sense of what they are.
