SFPD rooftop (with elevator working)

I didn't find any similar suggestion so I decided to highlight this. One of the highest traffic areas. It can work the same way as the LSPD/LVPD one, and it needs a door similar to how the hospital(s) roof currently works. And also some mapping.

I approve, It's hard to shot down from the SFPD roof so it wouldn't be a huge distadvantage for either crims or cops so adding it is completely fine
